Easy Scheduling
To provide a hassle-free while-you-wait experience, we schedule oil service appointments at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. For drop-off services, we recommend bringing in your vehicle before 9:30 a.m. or dropping it off the night before so we can aim to complete your service in a single day.
Warm Welcome and Quick Check-In
When you arrive, our friendly staff will greet you, note your concerns, and confirm your contact information. If you’ve arranged for a courtesy car or shuttle service, we’ll have everything ready, so you can get back to your day without delay.
Our Thorough Inspection Process
Once your vehicle is checked in, our general manager will send it into our inspection queue, where your service consultant will review its maintenance history and current needs. Here’s what you can expect:
• 75-Point Inspection: Our automotive specialists will take your car for a test drive, followed by a thorough 75-point performance, safety, and maintenance check.
• Added Touches: We’ll even vacuum the front seat area—because we know you appreciate a clean car!
• Transparent Reporting: After the inspection, your service consultant will send you a full report including estimate via text or email, followed by a call to discuss any recommended work.
Because we go beyond a checklist to listen to your goals for the vehicle, its primary use, and how you want to maintain it, we always build a personalized service plan aligned with your needs and budget.
Parts Ordering, Service, and Quality Checks
If you approve repairs or maintenance, we will order parts, and then our team will get to work.
• Efficient Process: Once all the parts arrive, we’ll move your vehicle from the waiting-for-parts area to the waiting-for-service area. Your service specialist will gather all the parts, pull your vehicle into the service bay, and complete the services.
• Final Inspections: The general manager, lead specialist, service consultant, or owner will perform a quality control inspection. We’ll take your vehicle for another test drive, then stage it for pick-up. Even if your vehicle doesn’t require service, we’ll still conduct a quality check before it’s ready for pick-up. Then your service consultant will finalize your invoice to be sure it reflects the services you discussed.
Payment and Pick-Up Options
When it’s time to pick up your vehicle, we offer convenient options:
• Payment: Pay in person, receive a text link for mobile payment, or pay by phone.
• Pick-Up: Stop in during regular hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), or let us know you’re coming after hours, and we’ll provide a unique code to access your keys from our outdoor lockbox.
